One to one training is the best way to advance your fitness practice under the watchful eye of a trained professional. I have over 8 years of experience working with a variety of clients, from the ultra sporty using Pilates to complement their training and performance in other areas, to those who spend most of their time bound to a desk. I've worked with people recovering from injuries, those with postural issues, "bad backs",  soon-to-be or new mums, and those in their senior years who are keeping themselves active. The beauty of a Pilates based workout is that it can be safe and effective for practically any demographic.


Exercise is for everyone, it's something we should all be doing in some way or another, but it's something that should be enjoyable too! By calling on my Pilates knowledge and years in the fitness industry teaching a variety of classes, I can tailor your session, selecting modifications and adapting my teaching style to fit you.  With regular practice you will become stronger, more supple, less prone to injury, more balanced - the list of benefits goes on and on. A little time dedicated to yourself can work wonders for your wellbeing too.


I'm passionate about people developing a healthy and respectful relationship with their body. Our bodies are the vessels that carry us through life, are you giving yours the time and attention it deserves? With bespoke programs and quality teaching attention I will be alongside you, empowering you to pursue your goals or exercise interests. I am always excited to create the workout that you actually want to be doing! Do you need to switch off for an hour and have someone gently guide you through exercises? Or do you like to be set a challenge and cheered on until that last rep? Are you interested in gaining upper body strength and doing the perfect press up? Or does your posture need improving or your back need some TLC?

1:1 Sessions prices vary with location (additional travel fee may be required and/or studio hire fee) and also frequency, so please get in touch for a bespoke quote. Block booking is available for clients who commit to a weekly session. Depending on my availability, I'm happy to consider clients who would like bi-monthly sessions to keep themselves on track, and one-off sessions can also be arranged for those seeking advice and new ideas for their workout regime.



Trial sessions

Before committing to work together, I encourage new clients to have a trial session so we can meet. This includes a postural analysis, consultation regarding current lifestyle & goals and a taster workout.
